Margol will present Chilled Calamari and Scallop “Gallego” to compliment Bodegas M 2011 Albarino Querida, and Michael a tender Pintxo Lamb Skewer with roasted red peppers as a foil to their Bodegas M 2009 Tempranillo Tinto de Paso. A classic Paella will follow, to be enjoyed with more of your favorite Bodegas M wine! Flamenco guitarist Kai Narezo will provide music!
