Celebrate National Dance Week. Defy gravity while strengthening and lengthening your mind and body. We use the Aerial Hammock as a fitness apparatus that helps you flow through movements while allowing part or all of your body to be suspended in the air. We will engage in traditional Yoga, Pilates and Flexibility exercises utilizing the fabric to challenge our balance, build strength and extend our range of motion. In addition, we use the Aerial Hammock to begin learning how to work with Aerial Fabric by teaching basic holds.
